HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: YOU MUST EMAIL US WITH YOUR CANCELLATION
Thanksgiving (Nov. 22-Nov. 25): A $50 cancellation fee per cabin applies to all cancelled reservations
prior to November 10th. NO REFUNDS on cancellations made after Nov. 10th.
Christmas/New Years (Dec. 19-Jan. 9): A $50 cancellation fee per cabin applies to all cancelled reservations
prior to December 1st. Cancellations made from December 1st through the 10th are subject to a $100 fee per cabin.
NO REFUNDS on cancellations made after December 10th regardless of when reservation was made.
This policy applies to all reservations made for the Christmas/New Years Holiday Block as noted above.
NOTE: CANCELLATION FEES MAY BE USED AS A CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE STAY
(NON-HOLIDAY, NON-WINTER WEEKEND; SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY;
